Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service. Tasks: Body care/treatments. Make custom designs for clients. Permanent hair removal. Prepare custom made hair pieces. Provide general information to customers on beauty products. Laser hair removal. Perform exfoliating body treatment. Provide hair weaving treatments for customers. Eyebrow tinting. Provide scalp treatment. Apply temporary designs to customer's skin, using electric needles and chemical dyes such as Mendhi (henna). Facials. Provide therapeutic foot massage. Repair and mask aesthetic defects. Provide product demonstrations. Provide customer service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Client focus. Flexibility. Initiative. Judgement.
