We are looking for an outgoing, experienced Financial Services Manager to join our Sales Team. The duties of this role are to produce additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products, as well as other appropriate after-sale items to new and used customers, while providing an exceptional customer service experience. *The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, who thrives in a fast paced, team and client-driven environment. WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!* *Responsibilities:* * Present and sell aftermarket items (warranties, insurance, etc.) to 40-50 turnovers per month * Pursues all financing options in an effort to meet the needs of all customers, as well as follows up on credit applications on a continual basis and negotiates with institutions for approvals * Schedule, monitor and control all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers * Set goals and strategies to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts * Prepares accurate documentation and ensures that all purchase agreements, bills of sale, finance contracts, lease agreements, applications for registration and all other documents necessary for the sale and lease of vehicles are completed accurately and in full compliance with store policies and OMVIC * Builds relationships with lending institutions and is capable of interpreting/evaluating credit bureau reports * Maintains confidentiality of pertinent data * Focuses on both customer and employee satisfaction *Experience:* * Valid OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) and valid Driver?s License * Previous F&I experience and/or Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate * Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills * Meticulous, aptitude for numbers and exceptional analytical skills * Works efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines * Ability to influence, negotiate and problem solve Please apply in Person, by Phone, or Email to: Danny Brackett - Dealer Principal *(519) 941-1360 or text (519) 938-2810, dbrackett@macmastergm. com* *#INDHP* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Schedule: * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOrangeville, ON
