Job details
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team at our insulation plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner. *Key Responsibilities:* * operate forklifts to load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas * move paper material to designated bulk bin * change chemical totes * bust paper bales and chunks of paper * maintain accurate paperwork * conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the forklifts and report any issues * follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment * collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations *Qualificaitons:* * proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting * strong attention to detail and safety practices * ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks * good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset *Benefits:* * Competitive salary * health benefits * opportunities for advancement If interested, please send your resume and a brief cover letter to smadison@ccimfg.ca.
