Free underground parking is also available for added convenience. * *Supportive Management*: We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, professional environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. * *Professional Growth*: Be part of a growing business with opportunities to take on leadership and ownership responsibilities. *Key Responsibilities:* * Welcome all customers who approach the Pharmacy, promptly offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner. * Operate in accordance with federal and provincial regulations, legal requirements, and the provincial Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and policies. Demonstrate professional integrity and uphold high standards of practice. * Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, including customer confidentiality and consent management. * Offer guidance on prescriptions, over-the-counter, and behind-the-counter products, as well as on various health-related matters such as indications, contraindications, side effects, drug interactions, and dosage recommendations. * Practice within the full scope of Professional Services, according to your capabilities. * Be easily identifiable to the public. * Guarantee the accuracy and appropriateness of all dispensed prescriptions. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the circle of care to deliver optimal customer care. * Maintain accurate records as required by legislation, standards of practice, and policy, including customer records and those related to narcotics and controlled substances. * Promote health and wellness, and educate customers. Engage with the community through events, clinics, and other activities when appropriate. * Respond promptly and positively to customer needs and requests from healthcare providers. * Support and promote Pharmacy campaigns, programs, and services as applicable. *Education & Professional Licensing* * Valid license to practice in the province *Experience, Skills & Qualifications:* * Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario. * Minimum of 3 years? experience in retail environment * Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in pharmaceutical care practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and efficiently as a part of collaborative & fast-paced team. * Dedication to upholding ethical standards and regulatory requirements in pharmacy practice. * Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy. * Local candidate preferred for an easy commute * Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy systems a definite asset *Additional Perks:* * Free underground parking available. * Work in a vibrant downtown community with access to local shops and amenities. * Join a team that values work-life balance and fosters a collaborative environment. *How to Apply:* If you are a qualified pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and are excited about the opportunity to help grow our business, we?d love to hear from you. *Please reach out at:* riverstpharmacy@gmail.com to discuss this role further.
