Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, mediating conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions. Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Support and coordinate employee performance reviews, providing feedback and working with management on improvement strategies.
