Il s'agit d'un poste permanent, sur une formule 4 jours remote, un jour sur site. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (75 000 à 85 000 $) - sur une base de 40h semaine. <br>Vos missions seront :</p><p>I'm looking for an IT Business Analyst for one of our customers, located near Drummondville. This is a permanent position, based on 4 days remote, one day on site. Salary varies according to experience ($75,000 to $85,000) - based on a 40-hour week. <br>Your responsibilities will include : <br>* Identify and implement innovative solutions by developing processes aligned with business needs, in collaboration with the development team. <br>* Analyze, design, configure and test business processes and functional changes related to ERP and other applications <br>* Provide expertise on improvement opportunities and contribute to the optimization of existing elements <br>* Ensure the management and delivery of IT projects, covering all stages: needs analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing phase, deployment, and customer training <br>* Drive the definition and adherence to the business case for new solutions and services <br>* Identify, analyze, document and validate the organization's business needs and requirements <br>* Translate needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring completeness and quality of system requirements in alignment with corporate strategy <br>* Keep abreast of the latest technological trends, including the use of data and artificial intelligence, to generate value for the company</p><p>* Degree in computer science, networking or equivalent <br>* At least 5 years experience in a similar role <br>* Knowledge of SAP for manufacturing production, module: PP-MM-SD-WM <br>* Good knowledge of application technologies and environments (ERP, CRM, web and mobile applications, etc.) <br>* Excellent analytical skills <br>* Strong communication skills <br>* Team spirit <br>* Fluency in French and English (company has a strong presence in the USA) <br> <br>The company offers a competitive salary, benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick days), flexible working conditions and 4 weeks' vacation. <br>You can contact me at <br>See all our job offers at www.fedit.ca <br>Only those candidates whose applications have been selected will be contacted.</p>- LocationDrummondville, QC
