Guardian Property Management is growing. We are currently looking to fill various positions within our condominium management division. This is a very fast paced environment and requires strong multitasking ability. It requires completing multiple projects at the same time. A good memory, organization skills and people skills are essential. Training will occur; however, you must be a self starter and learn quickly. Pay/Salary for both positions will depend on experience. Property Manager Assistant This position must have: · Some knowledge of household & property maintenance · Strong communication & interpersonal skills · Strong organizational skills · Strong computer skills (word, excel and email) · Industry standard user friendly software is used for 99% of tasks (ability to learn new programs is essential) · Strong letter writing skills Job Description: · Receive all maintenance requests for specific portfolio of clients, by phone, email, and mail · Assist managers with all owners communications, notices and meetings · Track all seasonal contracts · Update annual condo checklists, spreadsheets and inspection sheets · Update owner information · Create basic tenders, workorders and contracts · Help managers prep for meetings and implement action items after the meeting This job requires a valid driver?s license and clean abstract. This position has an opportunity to grow into management positions, with the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationCobourg, ON
