*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Insurance Broker *for one of client in Brampton, ON. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their insurance options, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the insurance market, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. *Duties* * Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions by analyzing various policies available in the market. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand client base. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products to provide informed advice. * Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure timely processing of claims and policy renewals. * Provide multilingual support to clients when necessary, enhancing communication and understanding. *Skills* * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent negotiation skills to advocate for clients? best interests effectively. * Experience in retail sales or insurance sales is highly desirable. * Proficient in analyzing market data to identify opportunities for clients. * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, facilitating better client interactions. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outside sales and client engagement.
