<p><span><strong>Discover positive energy here! </strong><br><em>Harnessing the power of the sun and wind to generate something big.</em><em> </em><br><br><span>Your mission should you accept it:</span></span></p><p><span>Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the main responsibilities of the Electrical Coordinator are to coordinate the work related to their activity (Collector System and/or Substation) and to ensure that permits are obtained. More specifically, they act as an expert in the development of the collector system and optical cables. <br>Coordinators are required to travel to the construction site on rotation. We have various sites across Quebec. </span></p><p><span><strong>Des Neiges - South Sector </strong><br><br>Will be located in the unorganized Lac-Jacques-Cartier territory in the MRC of La Côte-de-Beaupré and would include 60 to 80 wind turbines for an installed capacity of approximately 400 MW. <br><br><strong>PPAW 2</strong><br><br>Located in Bas-Saint-Laurent, Quebec, the PPAW 2 wind farm is valued at approximately $1 billion (CAD).<br><br>PPAW 2 is a 291 megawatt project that will produce enough electricity to power the equivalent of more than 40,000 homes. Commissioning of the wind farm is planned for 2029.<br><br><strong>Mesgi?g Ugju?s?n (MU2) wind farm project</strong><br><br>In Gaspésie, MU2 will provide an installed capacity of 102.24 MW of electricity from wind sources. It will be located in the territory of the MRC Avignon.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span><span>Do you have what it takes? </span>Positive energy and...<em> </em></span></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant college training <br></span></li><li><span>3 to 5 years experience in similar positions <br></span></li><li><span>Mastery of the Office suite and IT tools <br></span></li><li><span>Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English, French, an asset <br></span></li><li><span>High geographical mobility and availability according to the working hours of the construction site. <br></span></li><li><span>Excellent team management and conflict resolution skills <br></span></li><li><span>Autonomy and leadership <br></span></li><li><span>Valid driver license </span></li></ul><p><span><span>What you will do to complete this mission successfully:</span></span></p><ul><li><span>With the assistance of the Project Manager, prepare the contracts required for the execution and control of the work for subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants <br></span></li><li><span>Assist the Electrical Superintendent in the coordination of activities specific to the collector system <br></span></li><li><span>Confirm and coordinate electrical engineering and maintenance technical requirements with field crews and electrical sub-contractors <br></span></li><li><span>Validate the progress of work on the collector system and produce a monitoring report periodically. <br></span></li><li><span>Coordinate construction in collaboration with the electrical superintendent, the environmental engineer, subcontractors, municipal and regional representatives, and the developer/client representative. <br></span></li><li><span>Coordinate the installation of the glue system with the project engineer (tree cutting, water crossings, etc.). <br></span></li><li><span>Coordinate grounding and soil testing with external laboratories <br></span></li><li><span>Develop and implement the quality control program for work related to the collector system <br></span></li><li><span>Coordinate compliance verification inspections of the work <br></span></li><li><span>Ensure the application of technical procedures, particularly locking and labelling procedures, in collaboration </span><span>with the Project Engineer. <br></span></li><li><span>Follo- LocationLévis, QC
