Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
