If so, come join our dynamic and energetic team!! *Milton Ford Lincoln* is currently recruiting for a *Tint & PPF Specialist* to join our team! Your ability to multi task and work well under pressure is the foundation of your success. *What you?ll deliver:* * Apply paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, utilizing precise cutting techniques and following industry best practices * Conduct window tinting installations on automotive windows, adhering to legal regulations and customer preferences * Use appropriate tools and equipment to ensure proper installation, including heat guns, squeegees, trimming tools, and precision cutting instruments * Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to identify and resolve any imperfections or issues * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored * Stay updated on industry trends, installation techniques, and new products to continuously enhance skills and knowledge * Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management *What you need to succeed:* * Strong attention to detail skills * Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role * A valid Ontario Class 'G' driver's license is required * Build ethics/integrity into all tasks and responsibilities * Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Personable, reliable, courteous * Strong computer skills *What?s in it for you?* * Fun and friendly working environment * Excellent management support and guidance * Opportunities through our Internal career development program * Free and engaging employee events * Work/Life balance _*Milton Ford Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
