We focus on delivering accessible, efficient, and affordable primary care for patients of all ages through Nurse Practitioners. We are currently recruiting a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Toronto. How it works: * You'll provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages. * Utilize our proprietary electronic medical record system for efficient and reliable healthcare delivery. * Enjoy a blend of in-person and telemedicine appointments, empowering patients to take charge of their health. * Work autonomously while being supported by our multidisciplinary team. * Benefit from our rapidly growing patient base, with new patients being actively brought into the practice.
