*Medical Receptionist* *Dynamic Health Medical Clinic *is a rapidly growing private practice located in Medicine Hat, AB. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team. *Job Summary:* The Medical Receptionist position is responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of the front desk area, as well as the efficient and effective operation of the front desk computer system. The Medical Receptionist will greet patients, vendors, and family members upon arrival at the office and provide information about the practice and services available. The Medical Receptionist will also log in visitors using the office computer system, process insurance payments, and manage billing. The Medical Receptionist will work closely with physicians and other medical staff members to ensure that visitors are properly diagnosed, treated, and maintained. The Medical Receptionist will also assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies. *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Must be able to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization. * Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Must possess excellent organizational skills; must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. * Must possess excellent customer service skills; must be able to maintain a positive attitude with patients, vendors, co-workers, management, and friends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-28- LocationMedicine Hat, AB
