Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Provide customer service. Assist with maintenance of communications equipment. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders. Dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations. Keep track of shipments. Maintain vehicle operator work records.
