*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks and possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are completed to the highest standards. *Duties* * Perform installation of flooring, tiles, and other materials according to specifications. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks. * Execute caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper finishes and weatherproofing. * Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on project progress. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. * Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise, providing solutions in a timely manner. *Experience* * Familiarity with flooring installation techniques, including tile laying. * Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings with accuracy. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
