OPPORTUNITY The Senior Building Operator will work independently and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a diversified portfolio of buildings as well as periodically provide backup to other building operators on rotating basis to ensure proper cross training is in place. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate, maintain, inspect, and test HVAC, electrical, plumbing, chemically treated water systems and life safety equipment. Respond to tenant requests and close out work orders in a timely manner. Maintain daily operations log and maintenance records. Monitor construction to ensure base building systems are protected and not altered or damaged. Supervise outside contractors and staff as required to ensure completion of tasks as obligated with minimal disruption to the- LocationOakville, ON
