Job details
We are seeking a experienced *Auto Body Technician* to start immediately. *Duties include:* Ability to review repair orders and perform the job as efficiently as possible * Review damage report and estimate of repair cost and plan work to be performed * Replace front end components, body components, doors and frame and under body components * File, grind and sand body surfaces to be repaired * Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting * Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers * Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place * Using frame-straightening equipment * Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams * Straighten bent frames using frame and under body pulling and anchoring equipment Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $30.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * auto body repair: 2 Years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Red Seal license (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * auto body repair: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Red Seal license (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
