Job description Live-in and Live-out Superintendent positions available for High End Rental buildings located in the HRM. Competitive annual salary. High end unit (taxable benefit) - live-in position only. All utilities included - hot water - live-in position only. Parking. *Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* General maintenance of the building. Cleaning of all common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, garbage/recycling room). Carrying and answering building cell phone 24/7 and responding to emergencies. Work in conjunction with the Property Manager to monitor subcontractors and communicate with the residents of the building. Some evenings and weekends required.
