The Hair Technique on Tyndall is looking for a full-time stylist to join our team. We are a full-service salon operating in Winnipeg for over 20 years. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year Experience: * salon: 2 year (Preferred) * Hairstyling: 2 year (Preferred) *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences. * Perform a variety of hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and treatments with precision and creativity. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients. * Utilize strong communication skills to consult with clients and recommend suitable hair care products. * Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the overall client experience. * Assist with front desk duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the salon.
