Perks!  <ul> <li>Competitive salary, with overtime available</li> <li>Excellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company</li> <li>Tool allowance </li> <li>Uniform, safety boots/shoes, safety gear provided</li> <li>RRSP Match </li> <li>Safety-minded organization </li> <li>Stable, year-round employment</li> <li>Continuous training, learning and development opportunities </li> <li>Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility </li> </ul> </div> </div><div> <div> What You’ll Be Doing   Duties and Responsibilities:     <ul> <li>Inspect, service and maintain a diverse fleet of construction equipment including (but not limited to) earth-moving equipment, compaction equipment, and aerial equipment such as telehandlers, boom lifts and scissor lifts.   </li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment malfunctions and make required repairs.   </li> <li>Test repaired equipment for proper performance.   </li> <li>Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance and work orders in a thorough and timely manner.   </li> <li>Adhere to all company Health and Safety Policies. </li> </ul> What You’ll Bring to the Team   Qualifications and Requirements:     <ul> <li>Red Seal license is preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years of mechanical experience or equivalent school and work experience, preferably working on a variety of construction equipment.  </li> <li>Valid Class 5 license with clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract. </li> <li>Must have a complete set of tools (or working on building a complete toolset).  </li> <li>Must be willing to work overtime as required, and to work on an on-call rotation as required</li> <li>Strong understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools.  </li> <li>Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, and motors.  </li> <li>Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.  </li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills.  </li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.  </li> <li>Self-starter and able to work independently w
