*Job Summary*
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, enhancing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of advertising, content creation, and analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Additional to this position will be personal and executive assistant functions to ensure company running smoothly.
Driver?s license required, police background check required.
*Duties*
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
* Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Utilize tools such as Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
* Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
* Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
* Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
* Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and insights to improve strategies.
* Prepare regular reports on social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Create excel tables and reports of sales, leads, clients, subcontractors, employees etc.
* Assist in daily activities of company executive.
* Research markets and create reports.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices in advertising.
* Proficiency in using Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
* Familiarity with graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe Illustrator).
* Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
* Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
* Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A passion for staying current with social media trends and emerging technologies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
