*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for restoring vehicles to their original condition. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. The Auto Body Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other mechanics and technicians to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repairs. * Use hand tools and power tools to perform bodywork, including welding, sanding, and painting. * Replace or repair damaged parts such as bumpers, fenders, and doors. * Conduct mechanical repairs as needed to ensure vehicles are functioning properly. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. * Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of workmanship. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in a dealership or repair shop. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. * Certification from an automotive training program is preferred but not required.
