We are known for our friendly service, delicious baked goods, and welcoming atmosphere. Our menu includes a blend of classic café favourites and unique items, such as our signature Japanese cheesecake, which keeps customers returning for more. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Server/Cashier to join our team and help us continue to create memorable experiences for our guests.</p><p> </p><p>Position: Server/Cashier</p><p>We seek a passionate and service-oriented Server/Cashier to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about customer service and ensuring every guest feels welcome and satisfied during their visit to Cumulus Café.</p><p> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p> ? Warmly greet and assist customers with menu selections</p><p> ? Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve coffee and pastries</p><p> ? Process transactions using a POS system, handling cash and credit card payments</p><p> ? Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards</p><p> ? Assist in restocking supplies to ensure smooth café operations</p><p> ? Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction</p><p> </p><p>Skills and Qualifications:</p><p> ? Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude</p><p> ? Proficient in handling cash and credit transactions with accuracy</p><p> ? Familiarity with POS systems (experience preferred but not required)</p><p> ? Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing</p><p> ? Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices</p><p> ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail</p><p> ?
