We are looking for enthusiastic & results driven team members to join our growing team. Competitive and generous salary & bonus for the right CSR/TSR. Passionate about detailed and organized services with a proven track record. Proven record of relationship management & communication skills. Minimum 2 years Experience in the insurance industry & RIBO license is required. CAIB and/or CIP designation is preferred. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with insurance inquiries and policy changes. * Utilize strong communication skills to explain insurance options and coverage details to customers. * Conduct insurance sales and promote additional products to meet sales targets. * Utilize negotiation skills to secure competitive insurance rates for clients. * Maintain accurate sales administration records and follow up with clients as needed. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * On-site parking * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
