*Job Title: HR Manager*
*Location: Valleyview*
*Job Description:*
* Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Develop strategies to attract top talent and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
* Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
* Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve workplace issues, foster positive relationships, and promote a healthy organizational culture.
* Manage conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
* Implement and manage the performance review process, ensuring clear goals are set and regular feedback is provided.
* Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
* Create employee development plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Oversee the administration of employee compensation, benefits programs, and salary reviews.
* Ensure that compensation packages remain competitive within the industry and consistent with organizational goals.
* Handle benefits enrollment, leave management, and employee assistance programs.
* Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, leadership abilities, and career development.
* Work with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Lead initiatives on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture.
* Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to inform decision-making and improve processes.
* Oversee the maintenance of employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master?s degree or HR certification is a plus).
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and management.
* Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
* In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
