Catholic School Level Leadership Framework Desirable Assets: <p> A Masters degree<p> Evidence of a clear understanding of the purpose and nature of leadership experiences in a Catholic School and in a variety of other settings<p> A good knowledge of special education policies and procedures. <p>How to Build the Professional Portfolio Reference the Catholic School Level Leadership Framework and the MYSP and provide the following: Your Personal Leadership Philosophy<p> Up to 2 pages for each Catholic School Level Leadership domain describing your leadership work and experience as it directly relates to each domain (ensure your descriptions illustrate school and/or board level leadership)<p> Examples can be both formal (vice-principal) and informal (organized liturgies)<p> Artifacts (photos, presentation link, certificate, memos, etc.) to support your written descriptions (approximately 2-5 artifacts per domain) <p>All qualified applicants are welcome and encouraged to apply and applicants may choose to indicate if they are from a group who has experienced racial or social discrimination.
