Downhome Publishing Inc. is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. The chosen candidate should possess multi-tasking abilities with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Duties and abilities include: -Answering all customer inquiries and processing customer orders, in person, on the phone and via email -Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers -Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities -Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions -Keep a neat and clean reception area -Handle incoming and outgoing postal mail -Data Entry and Invoicing for accuracy -Ability to operate Point of Sale, Microsoft Office programs and general computer knowledge required -Be the first impression of Downhome and represent accordingly in a professional manner at all times Requirements: -Fluent in English, both written and verbal -Proven experience in outbound sales -Strong communication skills -Ability to work independently and meet targets -Excellent customer service skills -Typing skills a necessity This is a full time temporary daytime position with the possibility of extension. Past relevant experience preferred but not required.
