Job Title: Maintenance Worker Department: Maintenance Services FTE: 1.0 Location: Wexford Creek Seniors Community, Nanaimo, BC Salary Range: $26-28 /hr If you're a caring individual and passionate about making a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve, then JOIN US and become part of our Team! Under the direction of the Site Leader and the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building and grounds. The responsibility of the position includes but not limited to:Ensuring that all required checks are executed, promptly logged and documented. Maintaining the building in a safe and operable condition. Maintaining the building envelope and overseeing the grounds. Executing on work orders, preventative maintenance using the Maintenance Care computer program. Painting of- LocationNanaimo, BC
