Job DescriptionRequired Skills and Qualifications Must be able to work from heights, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, and bendMust be able to work in a variety of hot, cold, or wet conditionsShift work, overtime, and weekends will be requiredThe successful candidate must possess good communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and most importantly perform various tasks safely and independently in a production environment.The successful applicant will be competent when working with machinery, including the ability to safely troubleshoot operational issuesBasic computer skills, numeracy and record accuracy are also necessary to succeed at this role.Education or Work Experience High school education or equivalent is preferred.Experienced in working in a Plant setting.Additional InformationWork in accordance with local/provincial legislationUnderstands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EHS requirementsThere is room for further advancement in this roleThis is a unionized work environment and you will be subject to the articles outlined in the current collective agreement once a suitable probationary period is fulfilled.If you love the challenge of this dynamic career, then ADM will support and encourage your professional development and success.
