*Job Overview*
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with proven success in the disaster restoration industry. We welcome applicants to bring their experience and top-notch abilities to our organization.
*Responsibilities *
* Prepare accurate and timely project estimates, and actively participate in contract negotiations and exchanges for successful bids.
* Play a key role in the after-hours response team, ensuring availability during high-volume or emergency situations.
* Assess and evaluate project scope, including damage assessment and initial planning.
* Coordinate resources, equipment, and personnel to efficiently initiate and manage restoration projects.
* Collaborate with insurance adjusters, property owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and photographs.
* Direct emergency response efforts and manage urgent requirements as needed.
* Foster and maintain client relationships, collaborating with management and business development teams.
* Ensure health and safety compliance throughout all project phases, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
*Skills and Qualifications:*
* Proven success in the disaster restoration industry with a minimum *3-year* track record in conjunction with related construction estimating and project management experience
* Experience in all forms of residential, commercial, and multiple residence dwellings
* Knowledge in Environmental solutions as they apply to construction applications
* Foster Teamwork ? Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness
* Ethics ? understand ethical behavior and business practices, and ensure that your own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
* Computer Skills - Proficiency in the use of computers for Xactimate, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, the internet, and smartphone applications
