*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with both power and hand tools. This role involves performing repairs and refinishing on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety standards and quality expectations. The Auto Body Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers. *Responsibilities* * Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs * Perform bodywork including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening * Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete repairs * Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer * Apply paint finishes using spray guns and ensure color matching * Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure adherence to safety standards * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols * Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively * Proficient in using power tools and hand tools related to auto body repair * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process * Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team If you are passionate about automotive repair and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Auto Body Technician.
