What we are looking for: - An organized individual that will be responsible to manage and book technician, consultant, physician, and nurse client appointments. - The successful applicant will be required to provide basic clinic treatment information via email, phone, and in-person. - We are looking for an individual that will adhere to all governing bodies and regulations (HIPPA & Health Canada) regarding patient confidentiality. - The ability to multi-task and process service and retail payments. - Has a passion for customer service and the aesthetic industry - Has experience in or is interested to promote skin care products and cross sell to clients.
