We are seeking an experienced Embroidery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embroidery techniques, machine operation, and design interpretation. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality embroidered products while ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Machine Operation:* Operate and maintain various embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
* *Design Interpretation:* Review and interpret design files, ensuring they are suitable for embroidery processes and making necessary adjustments as needed.
* *Quality Control:* Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
* *Production Management:* Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines, coordinating with team members as necessary.
* *Maintenance:* Perform regular maintenance on machines, troubleshooting mechanical issues and conducting repairs as needed.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with designers, production staff, and clients to ensure that their specifications and expectations are met.
* *Training:* Train and mentor junior staff on embroidery techniques and machine operation.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Embroidery Technician or in a similar role.
* Proficient in operating a variety of embroidery machines (e.g., single-needle, multi-needle).
* Strong understanding of embroidery software (e.g., Designshop V12) and design digitizing.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Education and Experience:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in embroidery production.
*Working Conditions:*
* Fast-paced production environment.
* Will require standing for long periods and lifting of materials.
