*Job Posting* *Family Law Clerk* Permanent, Full time Devry Smith Frank LLP is an established, full-service law firm with over 60 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law. We are seeking a Family Law Clerk to join our team in our family practice. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing environment. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications: * Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario; * A minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a family law clerk; * Solid understanding of family law procedures and processes, including the Family Law Rules; * Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment. We are conveniently located in North York and provide all the advantages and amenities of a downtown firm in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
