*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with children aged 3 months to 5 years, implementing age-appropriate curriculum that promotes learning through play and exploration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and demonstrate a commitment to the growth and well-being of each child. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. * Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and exploration. * Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support each child's individual needs. * Monitor children's progress and development through observation and assessment, providing feedback to parents as necessary. * Organize activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through play-based learning. * Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the classroom. * Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that reflects the children's work and interests. *Experience* * A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education is required. * Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly desirable. * Knowledge of child development theories and practices related to early childhood education is essential. * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff members. * Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners are key attributes for success in this role.
