Sushi Chef:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Qualifications required for this role:
* Being able to work as a team.
* Multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* To be able to organise your work space.
* Being able to problem-solve.
* Time management skills.
* Knowledge of various sushi types.
* Ability to work fast but effectively.
* *Certification from a culinary school is a plus. *
* *Must have experience working as a sushi roller. *
Responsibilities for this role:
* Handling a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients.
* Working with an attention to details to fulfil orders to quality standards.
* Preparing and making all types of sushi such as maki, nigiri and sashimi.
* Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking and food preparation areas.
* Cleaning space at the end of the shift.
* Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
* Manage food prep activities such as boiling rice.
Other information:
* Pays 18-25$/hr
* Accepting Full-time
* Accepting Part-time
* Availability for Lunch (11:30 am- 3pm) and Dinner (4pm-10pm) shifts from Monday to Sunday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

* French not required

Experience:
* Sushi Rolling: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
