*Job Summary* MUST HAVE 6 months to 1 Year experience. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation, while ensuring food safety and handling practices are strictly followed. *Duties* * Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. * Manage the preparation of pizza dough, sauces, and toppings to ensure freshness and quality. * Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas. * Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. * Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety standards. *Skills* * Proven experience as a cook in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques, particularly in pizza making. * Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control. * A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.
