*Overview* Did you know that many of our baked good items are all done right here in store? Join our team today and help us continue to provide fresh, in-store baked goods to our customers! *Duties* * Follow Fresh Market Foods recipes to prepare dough for breads, buns, and pastries; as well as batters for cookies and icings * Bake mixed doughs for Fresh Market Foods signature breads and buns, including our Cheese Buns and Sioux Mountain Bread * Follow baking instructions for cooking of different pastries and cookies; including seasonal items * Frost and decorate cakes for display case and to customer specifications * Decorate seasonal cookies, cakes and pastries * Inspect all products before shelving to ensure it meets the Fresh Market Foods standard for quality * Follow production sheets to ensure adequate amount of product is produced for the day * Assist with sales and promotion products including new items through displays and sampling * Notify manager when supplies are low so they can be ordered * Work with a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, commercial ovens, proofers, mixers, and slicers * Assist customers by providing information about bakery products and services; answering customer questions; work to ensure customer has a positive shopping experience * Work in a safe manner at all times * Ensure workspace is clear of debris and clutter and all equipment is in good working order *Terms of Employment: *Permanent Full-time (40 hours/week) *Positions Available:* 3 *Benefits:* After completing the 3 month probationary period, employees are enrolled in our Group Benefits which include Medical & Dental Benefits, Long Term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Maple Program and access to our staff only gym.
