General Information:The Cowichan Valley Regional District is now accepting applications from prospective candidates to join our organization as a casual Bartender at Cowichan Lake Recreation within the Community Services Department. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Coordinator, the Bartender performs bartending in all Cowichan Lake Recreation facilities and ensures patron satisfaction by providing the best service possible. The Bartender stores, prepares, handles, and serves all alcohol and non-alcohol related products, stocks the bar, performs cashiering, washes dishes, and ensures an organized, clean service environment. Qualifications:Secondary School Graduation and a course in Mixology, or a combination of education and experience. Bartending and mixology experience. Experience in crowd management and security procedures. Experience handling cash and using cash machines- LocationLake Cowichan, BC
