Il s'agit d'un poste sur site. Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (50 000 à 60 000 $). <br>Vos missions seront :</p><p>I'm looking for an IT support technician for one of our customers in Varennes. This is a on-site position. Salary varies according to experience ($50,000 to $60,000). <br>Your duties will include : <br>* Provide level 1 and 2 support to users on service incidents (IT, printing and end-user connectivity). <br>* Provide on-site or remote assistance (sometimes on evening and weekend rotation) <br>* Perform technical interventions, analyze causes and provide escalation services for all workstations and network connectivity <br>* Configure, install and prepare laptops, desktops and other peripherals. <br>* Create and document procedures for users <br>* Repair or change computer components on PCs or laptops</p><p>* Degree in computer science or equivalent <br>* At least 3 years' experience in a similar position <br>* Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments and the Office suite <br>* Knowledge of CAD software (Autodesk, Catia, Altair), an asset <br>* Basic knowledge and experience of networking tools: LAN, WAN, VPN and wireless <br>* Knowledge of Active Directory administration techniques (user creation/deletion, profiles, connection scripts) <br> <br>The company offers a competitive salary, benefits (group insurance, retirement savings, sick days), flexible working conditions and 3 weeks' vacation. <br>You can contact me at <br>See all our job offers at www.fedit.ca <br>Only those candidates whose applications have been selected will be contacted.</p>- LocationVarennes, QC
