<p>Steady Part-Time Regular Route Bus Driver <p>Nanton , Alberta area <p>Livingstone Range School Division requires a steady part-time regular route bus driver for Nanton, AB.<p>Joys of the job<p><p> Safely driving students to and from school, following a set route, daily during the school year.<p> Performing daily vehicle safety inspections.<p> Communicating and interacting with students, parents, school employees, passengers, co-workers & the public in a courteous, professional manner.<p> Extra assignments may be available to regular route drivers, but are not mandatory.<p> A well-maintained fleet of automatic vehicles.<p> Regular Route Drivers can be assigned for field trips and extra-curricular activities at the drivers discretion. <p> Still having lots of free time for yourself, your family or your other interests.<p> Ideal for retirees, self-employed people with flexible schedules, or stay-at-home parents.<p> In many cases you may even be able to bring your toddler along with you (ask about child ride along).<p><p>Hours of Work:<p><p> Approximately 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 1:00 pm 3:00 pm Fridays (September to June) on school days only.<p><p>Preferred candidates will have:<p><p> Clean Commercial Driver's Abstract<p> Class 2 Driver's License with the S Endorsement<p> Police Intervention Check and Vulnerable Sector Check<p> Current First Aid Certification<p><p>Required:<p><p> Class 1 or 2 driver's license (S Endorsement would be an asset)<p> Training may be provided to a suitable candidate<p><p>For further information on this competition, please contact Mr. Rick Visser, Transportation Coordinator at (403) 625-3356.<p>Candidates are requested to apply online at http://www.lrsd.ca/Careers/jobs.
