We also provide turn-key Technical Construction Specialties for Commercial, Institutional and Educational Facilities._ Equipment World - Sudbury is seeking our next great Service Dispatcher to join our Service Administration Team. *Duties include but are not limited to:* * Dispatching Service Technicians and maintaining productivity levels * Complete customer pre-invoicing and obtain purchase orders * In conjunction with Service Manager, coordinate schedule for mechanics & job assignments (includes out of town work) * Track Preventative Maintenance Service * In conjunction with Service Manager help maintain department policies & procedures, health & safety issues, tool requirements, etc * Act as liaison with Parts & Service dept (technicians) by ensuring parts are ready for work to be performed * Respond to customer inquiries by maintaining good customer relations and resolve problems * Interact with suppliers, coworkers, management and customers via phone, electronic mail, and in person * Audit of log books, van logs, monthly inspection logs The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills and be well-versed in computer programs including Microsoft Office and web-applications. Experience with SAGE is considered an asset but not required. Candidates with experience in service departments, dispatching, or mechanical skills will be given priority.
