*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role is essential in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment plans. The Physiotherapist will work in a collaborative environment, providing patient-centered care across different settings, including hospitals and acute care facilities. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients? physical abilities and limitations. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to promote recovery. * Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care strategies. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. * Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practices. *Skills* * Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices. * Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting is preferred. * Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy techniques is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on patient care. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases efficiently. * A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry standards.
