*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience and possess a strong background in patient care. This role involves conducting assessments, providing therapy, and engaging in research activities to enhance patient outcomes. The Clinical Psychologist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive mental health services. *Responsibilities* * Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients, particularly focusing on children and those with special education needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. * Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients in both individual and group settings. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment progress, and data collection for research purposes. * Collaborate with medical staff to ensure integrated care for patients, utilizing appropriate medical terminology. * Participate in ongoing research projects aimed at improving clinical practices and patient outcomes. * Stay current with developments in the field of psychology through continuous education and professional development. *Qualifications* * Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution. * Valid state licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist. * Experience working in a hospital environment is preferred. * Strong background in child psychology and special education is highly desirable. * Proficiency in data collection methods and research practices related to clinical psychology. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to psychological practice.
