We?re currently seeking a *Warehouse Associate *to join our *Kingston* team and _*help us build what really matters*_! *THE OPPORTUNITY:* * Full-Time, Permanent * Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. ? 8:00 p.m. * Starting rate: $20.18 \*Plus shift premium *YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * * Prepares and packs orders for loading and shipping. Double-checks all picked orders for accuracy of count and type of material. * Assists with receiving tasks, verifies stock and places material in appropriate locations designated by the Receiving Report. * Loads Company vehicles/trucks when all material is ready for delivery to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries and ensures all material loaded is secured and safe for delivery. * Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse and counter area for other employees and customers by keeping aisles and shelves clear of objects and/or potential danger. * Uses and maintains equipment (i.e. Forklift, Pump truck, etc.) in a safe manner and informs supervisor immediately of any problems with equipment. * Assists with annual physical inventory. * Executes all other duties as required by the position and/or requested by the immediate supervisor. *WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM: * * Minimum 1-2 Years? experience in warehouse, picking/packing orders * Previous experience with RF scanner * Previous Counterbalance forklift experience, current certification preferred * Comfortable with physical work including lifting, carrying and moving (up to 50lbs) * Strong written and verbal communication (in English) * Detail-oriented * Basic mathematical skills (i.e. Counting) * Safety conscious * Ability to work well individually or as a team player *WHO WE ARE?* *Bardon Supplies Limited* is a subsidiary of Canadian-owned Deschênes Group Inc. and a leading wholesale distributor of commercial and residential plumbing, heating and air conditioning equipment, industrial pipes, valves & fittings.
