*Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and a desire to educate and inspire young athletes. This role involves coaching gymnasts of various skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors, while fostering a positive and encouraging environment. *Responsibilities* * Implement provided training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts. * Conduct gymnastics classes, focusing on skill development, technique, and safety. * Educate athletes on proper techniques, and fitness basics. * Monitor the progress of each gymnast and provide constructive feedback. * Ensure a safe training environment by maintaining equipment and enforcing safety protocols. * Organize and lead warm-up and cool-down sessions before and after practice. * Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other coaching staff regarding performance and development. *Qualifications* * Previous experience as a gymnastics coach or competitive gymnast is preferred, but not required. * Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety practices. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning training sessions. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. * Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory.
