Our work environment includes: * Inclusive atmosphere * Community to various locations * Growth opportunities Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and recycling bins - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies and hallways - Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations Requirements: - Previous experience in Residential homes preferred - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or maintenance tasks - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required - Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas - Customer service skills to address any concerns or requests from customers Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
