Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role, managing transformational programs. Experience creating and delivering presentations at the executive level with stakeholders. Experience scoping, managing and delivering projects. Preferred qualifications: Experience in project/program management, while leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams. Experience navigating ambiguity and management through change. Experience in strategy, change management and rolling-out large scale initiatives. Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaged priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with guidance and high attention to detail. Ability to translate analysis results into insights and business recommendations while working with data, analytics and technical teams.
