*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Responsibilities* * Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming various areas within the facility. * Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met. * Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. * Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Assist with heavy lifting tasks as required, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. * Manage time effectively to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from staff or visitors regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues. * Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Ability to operate power tools and heavy machinery safely when necessary. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods of time. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning activities.
