*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. * Utilize hand tools and power tools for various cleaning tasks as needed. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. * Communicate with facility management regarding any issues or concerns that arise during cleaning operations. * Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment when required. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction with cleanliness standards. *Skills* * Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. * Experience with custodial duties and commercial cleaning practices is preferred. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance procedures is a plus. * Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Capability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various cleaning tasks.
